Selbach European Service

A small shop that's delightfully affordable given the quality of service and care. I've worked on my own cars for years but after loaning out my car for a while, I wasn't available to service it. On a family recommendation I came here and was satisfied! No high pressure up-selling, and no frills recommended services, flashy offices, just an honest shop. Definitely recommend taking your car here!

I really wanted to give Selbach more stars but can't. They were nice enough to see me last minute due to my engine light coming on and car making noises. Dirk quickly diagnosed the issue and I was given a quote for the parts/labor at $1500. I brought my car in a week later. I was told it would take a day or two to complete. Assuming it would take 2 days, I was not worried when I did not get any updates on the 1st day. By the afternoon on the 2nd day, I still hadn't heard anything and decided to call. I was told that my car would not be ready and will need another day due to the "delicacy" of the fix, a small part had to be ordered, and how busy they were/other cars that needed to be fixed as well. I was told my quote would not be much different as the part that had to be ordered was cheap. By day 3, I had a major health appt in the afternoon that I had to make and assumed by car would be ready since the office had told me the day before to make sure I pick up my car no later than 3 sin

Literally the best mechanic I've ever had. Hands down! They are reasonably priced, will tell me what I do and don't need done, and are incredibly trustworthy. Most people hate going to the mechanical because it means spending thousands to fix your car. Well, if you want someone trustworthy, kind, and honest, trust Selbach. Every time I leave there I'm surprised how little I pay compared to the dealer and I love supporting a small business. They are simply amazing to work with and I never leave feeling ripped off. It's a great feeling knowing you can trust someone with knowledge to tell you what you do and don't need. I will never take my cars anywhere else.
