This was my first time bringing my Audi Q5 to anyplace other than an Audi dealer and I ended up being very happy that I did! The service, from my appointment reminder to the follow up email, was excellent. I appreciated having a detailed analysis report, complete with photos, sent to me, detailing what services were recommended and whether those services were urgent or something that could wait awhile. I also like the thorough explanation of what the service entailed and why it was important. In addition, the staff is friendly, clear in their communication and very straightforward. The cost was very reasonable and I will certainly bring my car back for future servicing!
