Wow where do I even start?!! This place is hands down the best car repair shop I've ever been to. Ray and the staff are very knowledgeable, but more importantly, incredibly genuine, friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Not only do they explain everything clearly and intelligently, but they also provide selfless advice about the car and service, and they work with you to get the best bang for your buck even if it sometimes means they make less! I had a car break-in, so my windows were destroyed. Due to supply chain issues, the windows were nowhere to be found in stock, even at dealerships. That didn't stop Ray from finding a creative way to get me a slightly used windows (with my permission). They look like new and I'm super happy with them. He's saved me weeks of waiting time! My car also had other issues in the ignition due to the break-in. Ray spared no time working on the car and getting it in tip top shape! I'm very happy with the quality of his work. He even helped clean the glass

Went to Pennisula Auto (Ray) after doing a repair on my own that wasn't working. He diagnosed and found the part installed was bad. He was so honest it's unbelievable. This should be your first and only place to bring your vehicles.
