Mountain View Body Shop

Used geico insurance and they fixed my cracked bumper right up. There was a very small scratch near the bumper when I came to pick it up and the manager was courteous and had the shop take care of it. There was a two day delay in pickup due to an employee having an emergency and not able to work, not sure why, but they made up for it by making sure I was satisfied with the final product. Would come here again for body work

I’d give them a 5 star for their convenience and access to the Enterprise Rental. The people in the office are really friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them. The second time I took my car in (this time was my fault), feeling like a loyal customer, they just didn’t have the attention to detail I was hoping for on my repairs. My headlight jiggles a little and a few small complaints. Anyways. This place is fine.

I brought my Acura MDX in after getting sideswiped. I didn't know much about the shop other than my insurance recommended it. I am glad they did because my experience was great. I interacted with the manager, Andrew, who was very professional and attentive. One thing I really appreciated was how Andrew encouraged me to take my time to look the car over to ensure everything was done correctly. They want the work to be perfect.
