Christian provided the BEST EXPERIENCE I've had with auto repairs, period. He responded same day to my scheduling email, clarified expectations on duration & process, diagnosed my blinking "Check engine" light, and replaced spark plugs & ignition coils - all in a timely manner, while communicating as needed. The Toyota Dealership I visited the day before charged me $250 to diagnose the issue. However, after 4-hrs they delivered NO DEFINITIVE RESULTS except for telling me about 4 error codes. They asked me to return for ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTICS worth $750 ???? ($250 leak down test + $500 fuel injector test, before tax) after which, I'd pay for parts + labor. I was livid to say the least, and used that 'energy' to Google Map review all top-rated auto repair shops in the Mountain View area.
