Two days ago my iPhone 5 slipped under the driver seat in my Saab and there was no way to get to it without unscrewing the seat partially. When I stopped by there yesterday the mechanic took 10 minutes out of his busy schedule to do it right away and the owner did not even charge me since I have my cars serviced there regularly. Today my Subaru is there for service and the responsiveness and no upward sale mentality combined with their expertise for any car of any age for sure makes me a loyal customer. Andy

I think the price is not reasonable here and this is what I experienced: They don't have clear price for each fixing item and they do "inspection" first and ask you to sign a paper that charges $200 for "inspection". At this point, they don't share the price of any potential issue you want to fix. After the "inspection" you have 2 choices: spending $200 for no service or spending whatever they ask for the fix. In my case, they charged $500 for changing ignition switch, which is higher than what the dealer asked. But I cannot go to the dealer at this moment because I have to pay this store $200 for nothing (or so called "inspection") if I switch to the dealer. Btw, this store charges $140 for oil change. I would recommend Valvoline in 0.5 miles for doing a fast full synthetic oil change service at a similar or less (with coupon) price. My point is I don't think this store is as good as what is showed in their reviews (I'm suspecting the source of those reviews now). Maybe this is how th

They know foreign cars and do good work. Have taken good care of my 89 BMW. Prices are reasonable. Always got my old car to pass smog.
