Hit a pothole about a week or so ago. This Firestone location was nearby and replaced the tire. The tire has been setting off the TPMS (and leaking to about 10 psi) and I've been having to refill the air about every other day. I work two jobs, called and asked if they would be able to remount it before showing up to work (night shift). They told me they were busy and I could drop it off some other time. You would think Firestone would be eager to fix their mistake, but it seems prior customers are low priority. I'm baffled that the tire was incorrectly installed and they didn't seem to care at all. 2/15/2023 - I was contacted by a manager at this location and was able to schedule an appointment that was convenient for me. They fixed their mistake. I'm glad they were willing to resolve the issue, but it still was quite the headache for me to have to put air in my tire daily for about 2 weeks because they had no appointments, or gave me haphazard excuses before my complaint.
