Caliber Collision did a good job repairing my vehicle. Jessica kept me updated and the job was completely in less than a week. Service: Exhaust
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I left my garage door opener twice once in my car and again in the rental car that I was able to drop off at the repair shop. Both times I called and when I went to go pick it up It was sitting at the front desk waiting for me. I was able to grab and go! My car was ready for pick up on Saturday however I had plans and My service advisor Jessica was kind enough to come in on her off day on Sunday for me to pick up my car and drop the rental off! They also have good coffee and stale popcorn in the waiting area. The only thing I thought they would wash my car before returning it back to me: Service: Body & Trim
Amazing service from Jessica. If you're not dealing with her don't bother! She was the reason I went there and she was the reason I stayed there for the body work on my car. She was professional she made me feel comfortable and she had the answers I needed for the questions I had.
