Artisan Collision

I have to say that being in a collision/accident is always stressful {trust me... I’ve had a couple} the staff and crew at Artisan Collision went above and beyond any customer service I’ve ever experienced. My rear bumper had been hit a couple of times in my work parking lot {we have the smallest/squished parking lot!} well I took it to Artisan and instantly was greeted with a smile and information that I really needed. They took me in right away, explained the entire repair process and helped me with my paperwork. Shellie the Office Manager helped me thru the entire process. The painter and body guy explained exactly what was needed and instantly I felt at ease. Not only did they handle everything for me, when I picked up my vehicle {mind you, it was done on time and on the day they said it would be done} it was perfect. The damage was repaired, you couldn’t tell I was in an accident and they even went above and beyond and fixed a few dings and dents that weren’t even part of the acci

I got into a car accident the day after Christmas and just recently took my Subaru in to get fixed. This is the first I EVER took one of my vehicles in to get body work done. I have to say I really liked this place. Tony, the manager, was very helpful and kept me informed on the progress of my car. Even sent me a photo in the middle of the process. They treated me very well, had great customer service, and fast. They did everything they could to get me my car back as fast as possible. Thanks guys! I'll be bringing my husband's truck in on the future.

Good customer service, Michael would work with you and try to give you the best price. The shop replace my front bumper and side fender, so far so good. They took exactly 2 weeks to do the job which is not too bad. If I could do a 4.5 review I would because I was told I was going to get a courtesy car from the shop on the second week the car was at the shop but that never happened.
