It's always done quickly. Also a pleasure seeing Beatrice and Roary at the shop, they always make me feel welcome and comfortable, great Inner action. I feel my car is always taken care of and running ????. This last visit was as always done in a timely manner. My car is running great. As usual I was kept well informed as what my car needed. My car looked nice due to the car washing they provided, thank you so much. Pacific Motor Service deserves at least eight stars...so add as many stars as needed to bring the average of all the posts up to eight. I'm bad at math so if somebody else could get on that it would be appreciated. Anyway, they found and replaced a dead instrument panel in my 2010 Malibu. Two other garages couldn't even find the part. The price was very very fair. I won't use anyone else in the future.

Beatrice in the front office was very thorough explaining what needed to be done to my Mercedes. I had normally used the Mercedes dealership in Monterey, but after a really bad mid/diagnostic to my car and almost a $14,000 repair ….Pacific Motor Service was able to fix for a fraction of the price and was very reasonable.
