My brakes made noise because of metal on metal during a recent trip. It was a Sunday on a long weekend and was glad to find this place open. They provided a good service to me by pointing the correct thing that was wrong and replaced it with new parts (rotors and brake pads) within 2-3 hours that didn’t disturb my itinerary. A really good place.
Jiffy Lube is a great place. Employees did a great job. I need work done and they satisfied my expectations. The entire team especially Joseph Atalig. Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Brakes, Battery, Oil change
Please don’t go there if you want to be treated like a teenager. The employees are young and immature. No management insight and it’s completely disorganized and not customer service oriented. Will never roll my wheels there again. It’s located in Monterey but the feeling of a not pleasant environment. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
