From my rookie career years with Progressive Insurance to my prime years with Allstate-Encompass Insurance down to my final years with Farmers Insurance. Now retired, remembering back to my claims negotiations with Raul at RM Body Shop, my experience with this body shop was always a pleasure to do business with. We took my mothers car to RM Body shop, as she was hit by someone not stopping at a stop sign. We thought and were told the car was a total loss. A dear friend recommended I call Raul which I did.
