An HONEST mechanic! Ed and staff has plenty of experience with new vehicles and classics. Very clean they work on everything as if it is their own.
We purchased a 2018 class C RV and I wanted an inspection done before our 1st trip so I asked our neighbor who services their RV and she told me about Rose auto and how they used them for years. Ed was fantastic to work with and he not only itemized everything they checked, but answered a ton of my follow up questions very patiently as well. They are a very phonest family business and I will bring our RV back there with no hesitation.
Will never go back for service. The owner charged me double of the price for parts. The labor cost was out of control and my mistake was not to ask for a total before I had them tear it apart. Won’t ever recommend anyone with small pockets. I’m glad I was able to pay the service regardless of the extra charge on parts that some I didn’t ask for and for labor that was out of my hands.
