My overall experience here at Monrovia Collision was Amazing. Go see Kevin he takes care of you like Family. The shop itself is warming like a home. The office is very clean and professional. The Technicians are all Certified, the shop itself is very clean and everything new!! My car work came out better than when I picked it up at the dealer. The wash and wax they did after repairs was amazing. Kevin even got me OEM parts for my vehicle it being a few years old. Thanks again Kevin & Monrovia Collision Team!!!! It was my first visit to this shop. I needed my front bumper replaced with a new one. I inspected it after the replacement and found 7 blemishes that included a few unpolished/scuffed areas, some tiny bumps, and a remarkably noticeable paint drip. My 1 star review is to reflect my experience with the following: Professionalism - The quality of work was not professionally done the first time. Service - The shop owner - Kevin - tends to give attitude and exhibit rudeness when I asked questions relating to work performed on my car. Ethics - For being at fault in the installation process of a brand new replaced front bumper, the owner and business should be responsible for reimbursing the transportation services for the customer who has to go back to the shop to fix their errors. The owner refused to reimburse for the transportation costs. I contacted my insurance company about it and they also agreed that they should reimburse for the transportation costs.
