I am waiting to have brakes inspected because they were squealing. I'm in the middle of a conversation with another person waiting, when he responds to me by saying "your car is done and I don't like how you made me lose business by telling her that you know where to get a radiator cheaper". I was lost! Because wasn't I there getting work done? He was rude and unprofessional! Service: Brakes

Did a brake flush at this place. After an hour, I got unusual charges on my credit card. I had my old credit card hidden in a compartment inside my vehicle, so I went to check and it was not there anymore, the charges were near the area of the shop and I checked for any forced entry or broken window but my car was fine. The only people that had my keys were me and their mechanics that day. The manager understandably defended their workers, but I would caution people about leaving anything valuable if they have to come to this place. For me, I re-did my brake flush because if their employees were distracted, I wouldn't trust their work on my car. Better safe than sorry.

My situation was CRITICAL! Little hope, very little money and having to return a borrowed car the next day I was on the verge of a mental breakdown. Being a single mother of 3 its crucial that I have a working vehicle and nobody was willing to put a steering pump in my (ALL WHEEL DRIVE) Chevy Traverse. NOBODY EXCEPT MARK! What A LIFE SAVER! Upon meeting him it was obvious that Mark possessed a very STRONG WORK ETHIC, he was HONEST, STRAIGHTFORWARD and didn't feed me any BS. I was denied for their credit card but was approved for there EZ PAY finance option with no money down. Mark explained everything CLEARLY in (non mechanic terms) and even called to update me on the progress. I was in disbelief when he called to tell me my vehicle was finished. What everyone else told me would take days to finish Mark finished in 1 day but than again he does have DECADES of EXPERIENCE. I've had my car back for a couple of days already and haven't had any problems the steering is so smooth and perfect
