Ward is the best!!!! A good friend recommended him a few years ago and it was the best advice ever!! I have been taking my car to Ward ever since. He is an expert in his field and, equally as important, he is honest and fair. I trust him implicitly. When you find a mechanic who knows what he's doing that you also trust to have your best interest in mind - you have it made. Ward is this kind of mechanic.

I found myself in a panic when my Mini Cooper suddenly started having issues late on a Thursday afternoon. I found Import Automotive Repair through a quick search and called. They were incredibly accommodating and were able to take my vehicle that day. By the next morning, they called to let me know what was wrong and give me an estimate. By that afternoon, I was able to pick up my car and haven't had issues since. They were incredibly helpful, able to help me out quickly, and gave me a very fair price. They were friendly both dropping off and picking up the car, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my car and why. I will definitely be going back to them for future repairs.
