Burnside Body Shop

I took my car to Burnside after an accident, based on a recommendation from a friend. They were booked out about a month, which I take as a good sign because it means they are in high demand. That said, it also means they are on a tight schedule and sometimes miss things - there were a couple items on the repair that both I and the service writer missed on initial assessment, and a couple items that they missed after getting the car back to me. However, they were very apologetic and addressed those (admittedly minor, I’m very picky with body shop work after several bad experiences with other shops) items very quickly and all is well. I would definitely still recommend them and use them again in the future if I need other body work on my vehicles. Very friendly customer service and good quality work. Service: Body & Trim

This was my first time at Burnside. Upon arriving, I noticed how clean and organize the shop was. That immediately made me feel confident leaving my vehicle there for repairs. I really appreciate the customer service I received from Ana, Neil and Jarrod. They were friendly and professional. My vehicle was also completed the day it was promised and the repairs were amazing! It amazing how a little tap on your back bumper can knock out things like camera sensor wiring. Front desk staff were so welcoming and put me at ease right away. Neal wrote up the estimate and was our contact person. Communication was superb by all! The work is impeccable. They should be very proud of the results. We are VERY happy with the entire process.
