From the time I walked in I saw Sam deal with client over the phone rudely on multiple occasions and even his own workers he disrespected them. The when when he’s around guest he would quickly put on a front as Mr good customer service guy and treated his workers as they were beneath him. Not only did he not attempt to fix my car issue he charged me for something I already knew what this issue of my car was. If this is what Ramona tire represents this definitely not a company worth working for doing business with

I would highly recommend Ramona tire. Friendly and very professional. The three times I have walked into the establishmentI was always greeted with a smile. At a time where customer service is at an all-time low across the board, I was pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the manner of customer service expertise I was given. Any special thank you to the shuttle driver for taking me and picking me up in a timely manner and being as equally pleasant to be in his presence as well. Thank you for your service again young man. You are truly what the world should model themselves after.

Todd helped me with my oil change, inspection, and did so in a professional way. The vehicle report was quick, efficient, and clear. Wayyy better than VW service department in Irvine- as far as timeliness and communication. Stoked that this so close to home too and conveniently in the same parking lot as Chick fil a and Sprouts. .
