They seem very honest and thorough. The manager and staff seem very accommodating and they’re very nice. Only problem is, they promised my car at a specific time and they weren’t done for 2.5 hours later. They did provide Uber service home but waited for the whole day.
Regardless of how busy they were they did an excellent job on my vehicle. They will always have my business.
I'll post an honest, objective review. I came in for a tire repair and said I may have to come back in the morning. This was at 4:00 PM. I was assuming that someone would call after the repair was done, as he said it would take about an hour, and nobody called. I called around 10 AM the following morning to follow up, as still nobody called, and they said that my repair was ready. Though the customer service and response was poor, they repaired the tire for free, and I didn't have to ask. I suppose I'll take the good with the bad, but the customer service was definitely lacking.
