My family has been taking all of our cars to Pro-Care for over 16 years. When Jim took over a couple years ago we were concerned that the service level might change. Much to our surprise it was every bit as good as before (and sometimes even better). Whenever we have a problem it goes to Pro-Care. Even when we need a tow from AAA it is dropped off there.
