HONEST and HELPFUL! I recently took my son's Hyundai Sonata in for what I thought was a needed tune up. Jim called me a few hours later to let me know that it was far more serious and that I likely needed a new engine. Jim went above and beyond in telling me exactly what I needed to say to the dealership. I followed Jim's advice exactly and to my surprise Hyundai national covered the ENTIRE cost of the engine replacement (even though my warranty had expired!).
