I'm a "Car Buff" and have consistently serviced my cars myself over the years. However I have reached a point in life where by my time has become more valuable. Finishline Auto Repair is the one shop I can highly recommend. My recommendation is based on servicing not only my car but also all the cars of a ministry for Single Struggling Parents in which I am a volunteer. I serve as their car service representative and take responsibility for interface with Finishline for each and every car they service for us. Finishline is not only reputable and honest, but also has the qualified mechanics that meet up to my standard. The owner, Chris, is a very amiable person, totally trust worthy, and always responsive to the my many detailed technical questions. Just as a note I am a retired mechanical engineer, had a long career in Aerospace, and own 4 cars 2 of which are "show cars". They were amazing. I wanted to install the new suspension I bought for my car and install larger tires and wheels along with it. I stopped by to get a quote so they checked my parts, and told me I had the right stuff and they gave me a quote. Chris was very nice and professional. When I called them to make my appointment Chris was able to fit me in the next day. There work was relatively quick and done well. Their prices are reasonable and what I would say are the going rates. Once again they did a great job and I will definitely go back for any other work I need done on my car. Very sad and upset with this place, I had a misfire on my ford econoline work van. And they “suggested” to change my spark plugs and wires. Which by the way not too hard to get too. Charged me close to $600 bucks. I’m not really upset at the price, because as a professional myself. I like making an easy buck as well BUT keeping the customer happy ! WHICH I AM NOT AT ALL. As a “Professional tradesman” like they are, how do you suggest !! I want guaranteed work !!! Very upset I would never come back. STOLED MY MONEY. I would give it 0 stars if I could. DONT COME HERE.
