November 2022; Took my car to the dealership for brake issues. They said front rotors were warped and rear rotors both had cracks, all four needed to be replaced including brake pads. Dealership also said I would need something called a brake fluid exchange. Total cost was over $1,900. Fortunately the rotors were not in stock so I got out of there. Complete AutoCare & Tire had good reviews so I went there. They resurfaced all four brake rotors, said the pads were only 10% worn. They did not find cracks in the rear rotors. Total cost $200.00. The customer service here is excellent. My wife’s car’s low-engine oil light came on and they checked on it for me. They said a filter just needed to be cleaned out and a plug tightened, so they ended up completing the job while replacing a bit of oil and not even charging me for it. I will need to get an oil change for my own car soon and will definitely be coming to this place for all car maintenance in the future because of the great service and for how nice these guys were today.
