Serge, Wayne and their team are necessities for the life of my car and the cars of my family. They are true experts. The work they do is fantastic, always. But it is more than that. They really think of the customer. You wont have to call over and over again to find out the status of your car's repairs. They call you with updates. You are not left in the dark. They take the initiative to let you know how things are progressing. And they, in my experiences, have been prompt to finish the repairs fast and inform so I'm back in my car. They have to wait for me to come pick it up because they invariably finish up before the estimated time; if they give you an estimate for how long the repairs will take, not only are you updated but you will likely have your car before the estimated time.
