Came to Haggin's after the Acura of Concord dealer told me the reason my AC was blowing hot air was because of a defective heater core. They tried to charge me $3200 to fix it. I took my car to Hagin's to get a second opinion. Robert, the manager, was gracious and beyond helpful to me. He explained to me how the heater core could not be the issue with my AC if it was blowing hot air. If the heater core was defective, then I'd have an issue with no heat, not an issue with no cold. Hagin's completed a thorough diagnostics and found an electrical issue in the AC, specifically the back blower motor. They fixed that issue and now my AC is working better than ever! Great dealership alternative. I typically come for oil changes and each time they check for things I wouldn't have thought about checking for. They noticed a serious oil leak I didn't know about.
