Advance Auto Body

I cannot even tell you how much I loved working with this service. Someone hit my car while I was in a store and my insurance sent me a list of places including Advance Auto Body. The front desk person (I believe her name was Anna? Sorry I forgot D;) was so nice and so great, exactly what I would hope for in Customer Service in a stressful situation. The damage only took them a week and a half to fix and when I got my car back not only was the damage completely repaired but they cleaned the ins and outs of my car! I didn't ask for that. I didn't know they would go that extra mile! My dog passed away in Feb, he was a sheddy angel. We were together for 8 years in and out of that car. I wanted to get my car cleaned for the longest because his hair is still everywhere and I couldn't get it out myself, and I couldn't afford the services.
