This was the recommended facility by Mercury Insurance to repair my car. Have tried contacting them for a week, via email and phone calls, no one ever picked up the phone, or replied to email messages. Mercury insurance tried contacting them as well, to no avail. Mercury ended up asking me to take my car to a body shop of my choice, since they were irresponsive. I am not a fan of leaving reviews such as these, but not even a call back or reply even over a month later? I'm glad Mercury gave me another choice.
