I love the costumer service there . It was fast and it made me feel I was dealing with family . They’re work was excellent I highly recommend this shop Service: Smog certification

I used this shop back in February of 2022. After a horrible customer service experience with the owner, I should have known it would have been the same this time around. I show up to my appointment 15 minutes early only to be turned away directly from the owner. No apologies, no remorse, just “I don’t have time today.” No communication. No customer service. He had my phone number. He could had at least gave me a courtesy call and explained that they were busy and needed to reschedule. Completely disrespectful of other people’s time and schedules. I usually don’t write negative reviews and give small business the benefit of the doubt. But after observing the owner’s nonchalant attitude towards both horrible service visits, I’m afraid this is the norm vs the exception. Despite their cheap prices, I’ll find a more professional auto shop next time.
