Had to have a flat fixed. They did it for free and quickly. Great customer service. Been buying tires from here for years for all my vehicles. Best place to go everytime.

Absolutely 100% customer service!! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I felt confident in there service. Both men were kind and really engaging with each customer who entered. I bought a set of tires last week for my Toyota, today had an oil change & tire rotation, they were good at giving me their best price for both. Will definitely return and recommend my family and friends!!

A while back, I got a nail in my tire, and had to have it patched. I ended up going to American tire and they patched it for free. I had not been a previous customer. I thought that was pretty cool. Today when I need to go get tires, I ended up going back to them. I remember their customer service being so great when they patch my tire, and they didn’t disappoint today either. I was impressed with their friendliness. I just want to give kudos to them for having great customer service. I recommend them to anybody who is looking for new tires or even a patch up. UPDATE: I unfortunately got a flat tire a couple weeks after getting new tires. Thankfully, I purchased the warranty so my tire was covered. I went in today to get it changed and they had it done within a half hour. I had another appointment that I had to be at and they were very helpful at getting me out of the door in a timely fashion. I greatly appreciated this! Their customer service is top notch.
