Palacio's Auto Repair

I am very satisfied with the work that was done to my car paid what I was quoted and car passed smog with flying colors. My only complaint is communication can be a little better. I was told one thing and it took a bit longer because of unforseen circumstances but I would have loved being kept in the loop.

Este lugar ofrece mal servicio.. fui porque mi camioneta hacia un ruido, entre y estaban 4 señores ya viejos sentados en una mesa y yo esperaba que me atendieran y solo estaban ay platicando sin que nadie me preguntara que ocupaba como todo negocio dure casi 4 minutos y nada ellos seguian en su mundo y cuando do por fin les hable yo ya que ellos no lo hacían me dijo uno de ellos que tenia que dejar mi camioneta de noche y que ya que vieran que tenia mi camioneta ellos me hablaban fui a otro lado como media milla de ay y el señor de ay me dijo que era el problema y en una hora me tuvo mi camioneta.. era la pompa del agua. Y estos camaradas querían que la dejara toda la noche. Gente floja y mal servicio.

These other guys I went to before said it was to much work because it was a super sport. Driving back home, bummed out I saw their shop from a red light and decided to call. Mario answered & explained my options gave me good advice and got it done in 2 - 3 hours ! Definitely Satisfied with my 1” drop ! I do body work , follow @kar_plugged !
