This place is the worst did a bad paint job on my bmw and damaged my door handle I really don't recommend this place to anyone trying to fix there car
Horrible customer service called on the phone to ask for a quote on my car" the guy says what do you want "" like that's so nice right...I asked to speak to a Manger got hung up on again....don't ever go to this shop !!! If they treat you like this on the phone I can only imagine how they treat there customers in person.
S&R Auto is operating illegally without a business license as required by the State of California. I made the mistake of taking my car to this place after a fender bender. Stephanie and Roger Ramos, the apparent owners, are crooks — they will rip you off. Not only did they misdiagnose and then incorrectly repair my car, it led to me having to sue them. Worse than horrible experience. 0 stars. Avoid at all cost.
