Excellent service and price point. Manager SAM answered all my questions for my 60,000 mile service check. Reminded me I had a coupon for the oil change.! Went over the paperwork from the last time I was there, about 6,000 miles ago And asked me how my Toyota Camry was doing.And was considerate, great positive attitude: 5 *stars* And the owner happened to be in the shop while I was there and also ask if I and another customer needed anything else and how he could help us. I want to express my disappointment with this Midas shop. I came across a deal online on the official Midas website that offered a $20 discount for full synthetic oil changes. However, my experience at this particular location was far from satisfactory. When I brought my Evoque to the shop and presented the promo code, the manager outright refused to honor the discount, citing that my car was not inexpensive. I reminded him that it's illegal not to honor promotional offers posted on their own website, to which he responded that my car was too expensive and that he was tired of dealing with my inquiries, even though it was my first time calling them. Hoping for a better experience, I decided to give them another chance and brought in my 2020 Dodge Charger. The manager noticed my assistant waiting but chose to spend a full 20 minutes on the phone, ignoring my employee.
