I brought my car in for alignment. After, it was mentioned I would need new shocks. I was quoted $1150. I took my car for 2nd opinion and there was nothing wrong with shocks. I couldn’t believe that they lied. Such bs.

I am so surprised by some negative reviews on here! I’ve been coming here for years and they are SO NICE! I love hanging out and chatting while waiting for my car. And they are always upfront about costs and I trust them to be honest with me. When Mini Cooper once told me I needed new breaks, JT told me that was not necessary yet. They could have just told me it’s necessary and I would have paid to have it done. And they don’t talk down to you like some mechanics do, they will explain things to you but not treat you like an idiot.

Called to get a price check on getting my brake calipers painted (all four) on vehicle wouldn’t give me a price over the phone. Say’s that’s there policy. Definitely not driving all the way there for Nothing. Change your policy JT. I’ll continue shopping around over the phone and saving time and gas.
