I never write reviews for businesses (good or bad), but had to take a minute to applaud Brad and the team at Howard Brown & Sons. After I accidentally sideswiped a pole in our parking garage I was more worried about the hassle of getting it fixed than I was about the car itself. Brad and his team quickly alleviated those fears. They were prompt, communicative, took the reins with my insurance company, worked hard to get the repair done before my family came to town, and ultimately did a great job with the repair. I've been bringing my BMWs to Howard Brown for over 20 years now (5 series, 7 series, X5 and most recently my M3). The service has always been exceptional and my latest experience was no different. Brent, my service advisor, was upfront and communicative with me throughout the whole process. The bill even came out $2,000 less than they originally quoted since they were able to blend the paint without having to remove extra pieces of the car. They even fixed two other pieces of my car that they did not charge me for! Car looks amazing. I wouldn't recommend any other body shop. Always above and beyond.
