Poor communication with fees, poor communication w/customer when vehicle ready for pick up finally got tired of waiting so not until I got there and seen them watching TV and vehicle sitting on street did I know it was ready. Poor/incorrectly diagnosis trying to charge $400 then I took to another shop & it needed nothing at all. Customer service goes a long way & when company or its workers lie to make $$ its all bad ruins reputation & customers NEVER RETURN. HONESTY GOES ALONG WAY & BRINGS ALOT MORE CUSTOMERS!!!

I've gone here several times, but this last time they screwed me over. They told me in 4 days they'd fix my car, but didn't do anything. They actually took down several parts without knowing what they were looking for. The wrong person was trying to "fix" my car and so it was assigned to someone else. So they told me it would take another 4 days. Today I came to see if they had finished, but they didn't do anything. They told me there was nothing they can do. It was a simple job that I can do, but I work everyday and don't have time to fix it myself!!! No communication. Lack of details. Wasted my time. Never coming back.
