From Wonderful Lilly to their two receptionists, to Eddie the owner and the entire E&L Auto Body Staff, Tow and Brake Service mechanics; I have hired E&L to restore both My parents very last two Lincoln Town Cars. My Father’s 1988 and recently my Mother’s 1998. I highly recommend them to not only do a very professional, detailed and thorough job, but they worked very well with my insurance companies to keep my cost At an affordable price since I am now retired. Don't never ever go to this body shop. I went there because of bad battery, Eddie ask for 377 just for the new battery. Then, I chose to buy a new battery at auto zone and bring it to them, which just cost me 129. But after I gave them the tow and labor fee, Eddie told me that my car is broken and not able to drive, but I drove my car there myself just after the tow person jump my car for me! Which is more amazing is that Eddie told me that they are not able to fix the car and ask me to tow may car to dealer. I can't be more regret choosing that body shop. 这条不是刷评论的，这里就是一个垃圾地方，千万别来。

To start, He refused to give me an estimate of how much my repairs would cost.. I asked him repeatedly and he kept saying " I dont know" then when everything was finished he pointed to some signs on the wall. He wouldn't explain what was wrong with my car until I paid the receptionist. Instead he stayed inside his office then she called him out after I paid. He came out to tell me he fixed some things on my car but not what I initially went in there for. At that point his demeanor and how he did business i knew I'd came to the wrong place. He was totally unprofessional going back and fourth in spanish with his receptionist while he was explaining what they had did to my car. When I asked him what the problem was he be ame very upset and told me he would tell her and she would tell me. I'm like sir I'm the customer but I messed up because I already paid the 300 smh.
