My car broke down at my University so I called Cortez Auto Services. They sent out a mechanic in reasonable time and he sucessfully repaired my car. I was very happy with the cost and service. I would definately recommend them.
Neighborhood shop but always feel like VIP here! Had a lot of issues with my last car before buying a new one. Jesse was always fair and honest about the repairs. He always provided options and worked with us on cost of parts and labor, at times allowing us to buy parts. And when I was looking for new car, was willing to drive to location and provide his opinion about condition of car and if it was worth cost. I never feel taken advantage of here. He is honest, trustworthy, stands behind his work, always willing to answer questions or explain in terms I understand!
