We loved the old Skips but hated the new Skips. We debated leaving entirely as the service we received was awful. However, under the new management, we will return permanently as the old manager is no longer present. Nick and staff were amazing. We have 4 cars and have used Skips for 12 years. We are regular customers. Our low tire pressure gauge in our car was, over a 3-4 week period, coming on and the same tire was involved despite adding air each time. We called Skip’s on a Friday afternoon, they asked us to bring in the car the next day and they would check it out. We were anticipating we might need to replace some tires, even though they were otherwise in good shape. We left the car, went for lunch, and within 30 minutes received a call that they had found a small nail in the tire, removed it and the car was ready to go. And this great service was complimentary. Wonderful service from a great group. .
