I took our 2014 Mercedes to Allied Auto Works for the first time and was quite pleased. Excellent service and quality and about 25% less than the dealer. Matt, the manager, explains things well and is prompt in all correspondence. I highly recommend.
Good service overall for my MDX. I have brought my suv here a few times now and been satisfied with the work. The process of handling quotes and approvals is very efficient and easy. The services seem expensive though and higher than other options in this area.
After receiving an astonishingly high quote from my local BMW dealer to fix an oil leak, I found Allied, who quoted half the price, then took a closer look and discovered the dealer’s diagnosis was incorrect and the real fix was now 25% of the dealer’s quote. . Allied did the work quickly and was extremely courteous. Highly recommended.
