Tom's Automotive Service Center

I've been going here for many years now. They do very good work. Prices are reasonable. Their honest and you don't feel like they're trying to rip you off. The staff is friendly and professional. Their lobby is great! It's very clean with a cool vibe, plus they always have fresh coffee, water, various drinks, and sometimes snacks/donuts. I highly recommend Tom's Auto!

I was looking for a place that offers wheel alignment because I got new tires. Found Tom's Automotive Service Center to be very close to my place and scheduled an appointment. Called and in a few hours I was in their shop. Waited about 5 mins since there was a customer ahead of me. They did my car and 25mins later I was out of the shop. They drove test my car too, before and after the alignment, which was great. Tells me they really do their job very well. Customer service was great! Victor and Mario and the mechanic was great! Very good place to go get your car fixed. Prices were also very good compared to other shops I was able to contact. Definitely recommend this place! Service: Wheel alignment

Was quoted $30 to swap my rim out for my spare rim and was told it would take 30 mins. That seemed a little excessive. I called the shop across the street and they quoted me $5 and did it in 3 mins. They are overcharging women or their prices are inflated. I’m just glad i didn’t go with them.
