Eddie and David were great! They both explained what was going on with my car in a way that anyone not working as a mechanic could understand. They were honest and extremely helpful. Excellent customer service! I Went in with a fleet vehicle that had a bad alternator and the gentleman in the front (Eddie Flores) was very helpful, honest and professional. He explained that the work would take some time and provided me with a ride to my office. When I returned to pick up the vehicle, the other gentleman at the front desk (David Jimenez) was also very professional, honest and helpful. The mechanics did an excellent job at an affordable price. I will definitely bring them more business because of this experience and the way they treated me. Thank you Orozco's!!!
