So, there is a new owner, his name is Chip. He is amazing. Super helpful, very thorough and honest on work estimate. He is reasonable on the pricing. I have been coming to Lucianos for the past 15 years with all kinds of cars. I am confident I can keep coming here. Also, you can pay by Zelle and other options. I can’t say enough good things about Chip and his team of mechanics at Luciano’s Chip is honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, so helpful and very reasonable. My husband and I brought my car in because I was having trouble with my transmission, which is a major job and anywhere else, I’m sure would’ve charged way more than what he quoted. While fixing my transmission, noticed my factory water pump had a small crack and he showed me how part of the pump was made of plastic (where the crack was) and where you could see that it had been leaking, and replaced it with a heavy duty water pump (that part of it wasn’t made of plastic) and still was able to keep his estimated quote! To be honest, most of the garages I’ve been to in the past were over priced, impersonal, didn’t always do a good job and took advantage because I was a woman.
