I would never recommend this body repair shop. Though the workers are qualified and professional, the owner/manager was a nightmare to deal with. Having my car repaired at Bellverno was a long and frustrating saga. My car had front end damage from a hit-and-run driver, and the shop’s owner, after telling me that it would take only a few days to fix, ended up keeping it for a full month, saying it would be ready “soon,” and phoning me repeatedly to have me tell my insurance company to hurry up and send further payment. He would not answer their phone calls. He kept going “out of the country,” would not return my calls, and would not release my supposedly fixed car until he had received an e-mail from my insurance with a photocopy of their payment check. Then he left the country again after saying the car would be ready the next morning. I turned in my rental car and went to pick up my own, only to find out that no work had yet been done on it.
