Quick Lane at Livermore Ford

Made an appointment to get a leak fixed and all they did was change the oil. They guy lied to me saying my wife told him it was there for an oil change when she dropped it off. I will give them credit that once they figured it out they took care of it ASAP.

I have used quick lane for maintenance on my vehicle for a couple years now. Very disappointed in this location. I just wanted my tire pressure checked. Walked in and was never acknowledged by anyone. I stood to the side and waited my turn, then someone jumps before me and the staff member didn't even acknowledge me. I just left at this point and went to the gas station since I can check my own tire pressure. I am use to service and I can tell I wouldn't be getting any here.

The overall experience is generally ok. The price is incredibly expensive now. It cost $89.95 for The Work, and another $89.95 to replace the cabin air filter. The windshield washer fluid was not topped off. Complimentary car wash, not very clean though. 2 hour waiting with appointment. I have always taken my car back here after I bought my car, but maybe it’s time to check other places.
