My wife took our 2022 Lexus for 4 tires. They used hammer on weights on the brand new aluminum rims and also insisted she purchase an alignment because the salesman saw the tires were worn out unevenly. Will be reporting them to the BAR as the printout of the alignment shows it was not out of specifications and they still charged full price to "adjust". One of the tires was left loose and they left dirt stains all over our seats. Will be taking my business to Peterson automotive as should everyone else these people don't care about you Edit: no I will not be contacting you to "resolve" anything. You guys ought to be ashamed of yourselves for putting my family in danger. And your manager is as rude as they come.

Awesome tire shop. The manager did me a solid by checking for leaks in all the tires in my wife’s car! For free! Will for sure get my tires and maintenance work done by this gem of a tire store/shop.

Always able to find what we need. Very pleasant service and fair prices. The best thing is that they always back their products.
