I went in about a week ago to get a transmission flush. Looked around and ended up going with M&J. Miguel was very professional and took care of my truck very well. Before hand, he took my truck out for a spin to verify a transmission was adequate and confirmed. Would recommend this shop 10/10. Reasonable prices and exceptional service. I took my boyfriend’s car to this shop after my grandparents recommended it; they’ve been long time customers and have always been pleased with their service. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m young, or a woman, but I definitely didn’t receive the same service my grandparents always do. You charged $120 to tell me why the check engine light was on, even though I showed you pictures of the codes our machine told us at home. I also mentioned an issue with the tire, so you test drove it and told me to go fix it somewhere else- and charged $80 for that. You charged $200 for labor on my grandparents RV (that you worked on for a week) but $120 for my boyfriends car (when you didn’t fix a single issue I took it to you for) and only had it ONE day. I’ll never use you again, or recommend you to anyone. My grandparents share in my anger as well. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
