Called just to get my skid plate clipped up, accidentally parked too close to the curb. Guy who answered wouldn't let me form one sentence without saying there was no availability. Definitely seemed uninterested in helping me out, granted it would only take 5-10 minutes so maybe it wasn't "worth" his time.
We've been using Firestone for years for oil changes and tires. Their service is always great. Never feel like they're trying to upsell us. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only negative comment I can make is they get pretty busy, so if you don't have an appointment, you need to drop off early or you won't get in.
Great Experience! I had all four tires replaced and they look amazing. My service mechanic, Ryan was really helpful and personable. Best Firestone in the state of California. Great team!
