These guys hate their job and it shows. I just needed to pick up two boxes of fuses, but after a few minutes of standing at the counter waiting for one of the TWO employees to ring me up, I ended up leaving the fuses and walking out. I will stick with O'Reilly from now on. I wish I could give zero stars as it is a more accurate representation of the level of service I experienced. Never again, Autozone.
The customer service representative i think his name was Joshua sorry if thats a mistake. But he was very helpful with me purchasing a car battery. He also installed it. Thank you so much for your kindness.
Wanted to give a shout-out to Zach for going above and beyond in helping me with my boat batteries. Great customer service! My new store for anything auto (or boat) related.
