The owner is from Central America, I was satisfied by his 1st impression. I dropped my car off on 11-10-20, Owner said he would work on my car the next day, my car was parked in his shop for 5 days while he worked on other vehicles than gave me the runaround, he didn't complete the work either! He became arrogant, rude, & minimized anything I would say, he broke the hook to unlock my hood, I phoned, and he hung up on me. He was supposed to replace seals on my engine, I paid $815 and the car continues to drip oil. He'll go out of his way for his pastor or members that attend Highland Church, unfortunately, that wasn't the case for me. He got the impression that I was gay & treated me like trash. He's reliable and fair priced. It's rare to find a trustworthy shop, but this is one! It's the only place I take my older car.

It's taken me sometime to write up my review because I went through double hip replacement past year but I truly needed to write up this review. I brought in my Audi 2005 TT to Yuri a few months ago. My transmission had a slight miss in shifting gears from second to third. I was told by the dealership and another local mechanic who claimed he was the best foreign car specialist out here, that I needed to replace my entire transmission at around a cost of $8,000, yikes! So after doing a lot of internet searching, trouble shooting with other Audi owners I decided after talking with Yuri that he would give me a good assessment of the problem. Bottom line we did not have to replace the transmission and in fact the entire repair was a little less than one quarter of the cost. My Audi shifts great and I have a good repair warranty as well! Yuri took me through the entire repair process, told me the costs up front and definitely saved me a lot of repair costs! Now I'm going to bring in my 2
