Walmart Auto Care Centers

Purchased battery with free installation and turned out they couldn't even install my battery.. Plus it was the incorrect battery. So the battery had to be returned after I went to American Tire to get the correct battery and have it installed..

I called to see if they had my size tires in stock but was told I had to come in. I did go in because I had a grocery pick up. Normally a tire change takes twenty minutes so for two tires about 40 minutes. I was there for 3 HOURS. The only guy constantly working was Billy but even he kept getting interrupted to help open the door that gets automatically locked because if thieves ( hey Walmart get a guard there or one of the many managers that just chill in the back room to stand there ) this is a fire hazard. The mechanics or guys working on the cars shouldn't be ringing up customers , doing intake etc the supervisor who just sits in the little camera room should be. People waiting to get rung up and only did the auto care center supervisor come out when she had to clock out and leave ????????‍♀️ .

They do a good job but no one ever answers the phone. Tried calling 10x to find out the price and the phone just rings and rings. This is not the first time. The same thing happens everytime I call them. My son needed an oil change a couple of months ago and it was the same. No one answers the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.
